1. Date: | Every first full weekend of March, 01-02 March in 2025 etc... |
2. Time & bands: | The contest consist of two parts:
LOW BANDs-part includes 2 rounds:
HIGH BANDs-part includes 2 rounds:
LOW bands mean: 1,8 , 3,5 & 7 MHz, Operation should keep in digimodes sub-bands, RTTY 45 Baud. |
3. Call: | CQ UKR. Attention! Repeated QSO with the same participant is permitted on different bands and in each round of LOW BANDs-part and HIGH BANDs-part. |
4. Classes: |
SOMB; MOMB; SOSB 1,8 MHz; SOSB 3,5 MHz; SOSB 7 MHz; SOSB 14 MHz; SOSB 21 MHz; SOSB 28 MHz. ! NEW: SO2R participants (single operator, that operate more then one TX/RX equipment sets) should sign in MOAB class and should follow MOMB band change rules too!
For any classes allowed only one TX signal in given time.
! For SOSB participants allowed to sign in one SOSB class
of LOW BANDs contest part and in another SOSB class
in HIGH BANDs part of contest separated. There are "Clubs competition", don't forget to mark in the log your prefered membership (if any). |
5. Exchange: |
Two letters - the abbreviation of region (state or canton,
province, land, uyzd etc.) and serial number, starting
from 001.
For example: RST - is not used, please don't sent it! |
6. Scoring: |
2 points for each contact + 10 points for QSO new region. (new region code)
Points valid for QSOs on each bands, in each rounds of LOW BANDs-part and
HIGH BANDs-parts of the contest |
7. Final scoring: |
For classes SOMB and MOMB - Total score is the sum of all bands results; For rest of classes - score is the single band result. Final results will be cross-checked by computer software. |
8. Awards: |
The Medals - for the first, second and third
place of SOMB and MOMB classes. Diplomas - for the first, second and third place for SOSB classes. Special Diploma - "The best score for participant outside of Ukraine"! NEW from 2021: Classic printed and laminated diplomas will be issued to the best points scores on overseas DX-continents:
- North America - South America - Africa - Far East Asia (including YB/JA) - Oceania (including VK/ZL/Pacific) |
9. Notes: |
Cross-check by QSO time difference no more than +/- 2 minutes in both logs. Please don't forget to correct your computer's clock before the Contest! Valid QSOs will be confirmed to participant if all cross-checked data in logs is present and correct. Please send your LOG even if you made only a few QSOs, it will give valid points to other participants. Band change rules:
all participants must remain on one band at least for 10 minutes after make one complete qso on that band. QSOs made during 10-minute rule on another band and which are not new regions will be count 0 points, but should not removed from the log! All stations can use public spotting networks (DX Cluster), but self-spotting techniques is not allowed for all classes.

This contest is supported by follow software:
-N1MM Logger - n1mm.hamdocs.com (select config UKRRTTYOPN); If your RTTY software don't support log format for this contest, please select more suitable form of logging and do check before contest to be able logging of full received exchange (region+NR), also make modification of output file using follow example of CABRILLO LOG for this contest:
START-OF-LOG: 2.0 ! String CATEGORY: should be followed by Cabrillo 2.0 standard, examples: CATEGORY: MULTI-ONE ALL , SINGLE-OP ALL , SINGLE-OP 160M , SINGLE-OP 80M , SINGLE-OP 40M , SINGLE-OP 20M , SINGLE-OP 15M , SINGLE-OP 10M or CHECKLOG. |
11. Logs: |
Cabrillo format is preferred.

All participants in any classes should send log as text file
"call.log" or "call.cbr", for example: Comments, anecdotes and suggestions are welcome! LOGs entries must be E-mailed by 21 March 2022. |
